Contract 1st Line Support Analyst

Role:             1st Line Support Analyst

Type:             Contract - 3 Months 

Rate:             £150/day (inside IR35) 

Location:      Derby - (2 days in the office, 3 from home) 

My client, a leading MSP are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Analyst on an initial 3 month contract, to work on site at one of their prestigious clients.

Key skills/experience;

  • Strong 1st line experience - providing both remote and deskside support
  • Some experience with any of the following; Active Directory, O365, Windows 10, SCCM, Azure, SharePoint and Sophos
  • Strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience working in a pressurised, fast-paced environment will ensure you hit the ground running
