HR EXPERTS BELIEVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WILL IMPROVE THE HUMAN ELEMENT OF RECRUITMENT

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence. Machine Learning. Automation. All words we see more and more regularly, but what do they mean for recruitment?

Despite many cynics views that A.I will simply eradicate the need for recruiters with A.I carrying out the full process for them, HR.Com experts have an alternative view which I will expand on below.

The view of HR.Com is that Artificial Intelligence will mean a better experience for candidates within the recruitment process, as recruiters will have more time to interact and engage with the candidates they attract.

Artificial Intelligence led ATS (applicant tracking systems) will be able to manage and analyse CV’s and data, speeding up the pre-screening and matching process.
This in turn will save recruiters time, giving them more hours to focus on giving deserved attention to the most suitable, engage and committed candidates.

The main benefits of Artificial Intelligence within recruitment link perfectly to @BPMTech- Because People Matter’s new talent acquisition package @CORE Powered by BPM Tech, which looks to provide a more efficient process and reduce the cost of a bad hire.

Both CORE, and Artificial Intelligence within recruitment, have the same aims and benefits:

  • Speeding up the recruitment process
  • Improving the quality of the hire- reducing the risk of turnover
  • Remove bias within recruitment
  • Enhance candidate experience
  • Make recruitment more cost effective
  • Enabling data protection through a centralised ATS

In summary, we have concluded that CORE actually uses Artificial Intelligence to provide a better experience for candidates and clients alike.
