A great opportunity to work with a leading software provider, who work on a global scale. My client is looking for a Project Manager to be part of their customer service team, to successfully deliver software implementation projects to time, quality and budget, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the otucome.
You will work closely with the customer to develop a technical understanding of their requirements, in order to plan and implement the project, co-ordinating project activities and resources.
You will be required to work closely with both the Sales and Consultancy teams to manage the project delivery on multiple projects, as well as being able to report to senior management on project progress.
Key responsibilites for the Project Manager include:- Engage and develop strong relationships with customers to ensure the smooth running of the project
- Understanding project requirements, putting in place deliverables and leading project delivery
- Ensure a smooth handover from Projects to Support Team
- Attend Client facing meetings
- Be willing to challenge and remove blockers that impact the agreed Project
- Escalate and resolve project affecting issues that arise promptly
- Work closely and build strong relationships with the sales team and deliver a unified approach
- Project Management experience and in particular, experience of implementing software projects
- Experience of successfully managing a high volume of projects simultaneously
- Confident with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, organisational and presentation skills
- Capable of working within a progressive organisation and able to build strong relationships and credibility with customers and internal teams
- Ability to determine client’s needs with a proven record in retaining clients

You will be have worked on mutliple projects concurrently and be able to inspire/lead the project team to ensure a successful project delivery to the customer. Strong stakeholder skills are essential for the role, as well as being able to deal with 3rd parties.
