- Our client, an award winning end to end development agency, and one of the UK's leading cloud based order management software providers, are now looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to their growing business. as significant investment is planned in 2022.This role offers a real opportunity to shape the future of the entire digital marketing campaigns for the whole business, in both a tactical and strategic hands-on manner. You will have complete freedom and scope to improve the businesses current marketing processes and to make your mark as the brand enters their next phase of their rapid growth plans. You will join a team of 3, which would involve yourself, the Head of Marketing (traditional, events, PR, supply) and the Marketing Manager, and report directly to the CRO with responsibilites for sales, marketing and professional services.The ideal candidate will have experience in a hands on B2B Marketing role, ideally in the software, technology or e-commerce space. The role is varied, but primarily focuses on online initiatives to drive traffic, increase brand awareness and generate leads for the business.Responsibilities:Planning and management of digital marketing campaigns including web, content, strategy, email marketing and social media management.Running PPC campaigns.Content distribution, to ensure content is distributed across multiple touch points including web, social and email.Liaise with third party agencies to ensure briefs are managed and projects are delivered.Inbound content marketing, including all copywriting.Production and execution of social media materials.Analyse top performing campaigns with LinkedIn Ad Manager and carry out experiments to increase engagement and conversions.Pay per click advertising campaigns both in house and with agencies, and propose and implement strategies for improvement.Basic video editing.Website maintenance- including the day to day updates on digital assets/domains as needed.
Skills needed:An all rounder- a creative individual with strong skills in communication and design.Analytical thinking.Strong with microsoft office- excel, word, powerpoint.Skills with photoshop, in design and adobe creative suite.Experience with google analytics and google adwords.Practical understanding of HTML to a basic level.Hands on experience of running pay per click advertising campaigns and a working knowledge of search engine optimisation.Working experience of web content management, ideally WordPress.
