Salary: £55,000 - £65,000pa + Car allowance, Bonus and Pension
An exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy as a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant. The cloud consultant will be responsible for the deployment of solutions on internal and external projects, demonstrating a high level of understanding for the requirements in order to to choose the appropriate solution for each project, whether it be on-premise or cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
You will have strong documentation skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and show the ability to work in both a team environment and on your own.
The Cloud Infrastructure Consultant will have the following responsibilities:- Deploying on-premise and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Understanding requirements and being able to recommend appropriate solutions to customers
- Migration of services to new on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
- Troubleshooting
- Documenting project processes, including change requests to a high standard
- Experience at deploying Windows 2016 - 2019
- Installation of SAN's
- Basic Aruba / CISCO switch installation with VLANS
- Vmware and Hyper-V deployment experience
- laaS in Azure
- Data migration experience
- Windows services migration, DHCP, ADDS, ADCS
- Firewall installation (Sophos XG / Cisco ASA)
- VMware VCP 6.5 - 7.0
