Service Desk Analyst 

Role:          Service Desk Analyst 
Location:    Newport 
Salary:       £18,000 - £20,000
Type:          Permanant 

My client, a leading IT Consultancy and Managed Service provider, are looking to recruit multipe Service Desk Analysts to act as the first line of support for for the company and it's client base. 

Skills/experience required; 

  • Experiene of working in a busy Service Desk/IT support environment
  • Experience with one or more of the following; Active Directory, IT Service Management, O365, Web/Email security management, Sharepoint Administration
  • Qualification/certification in one or more of the following would be advantageous but not essential; CompTIA, Azure, Cisco, AWS
