Role:         Project Manager 
Location:  Northamptonshire (In the office 2 days a week)
Salary:      £55,000 - £60,000pa + benefits

A 12-month fixed-term contract has arisen for a Senior Project Manager, to lead the delivery of a new CRM into the business, replacing multiple legacy systems used across the departments. Working with the Senior Leadership Team and Key Stakeholders you will work across all business areas in order to understand requirements, create project plans, estimate project resources and budgets.   

Key Accountabilities:
• Lead in support of multiple workstreams and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
• Delivery a new CRM system for the business - full project lifecycle
• Define, manage, and agree the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the Transformation project
• Work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure that the Transformation project delivers successfully within the framework of other programmes of work
• Conduct required project stand-ups, meetings, workshops and presentations
• Manage project risk, escalating as necessary
• The ability to pre-empt issues prior to them arising will be vital to a smooth implementation of the multi-faceted project.
• Ensuring that software change is implemented successfully to internal and external users, thus supporting business processes, the delivery of our products and services to standard.  

Skill Requirements:
• Previous experience delivering CRM systems, ideally within a commercial business
• Agile PM, PMP, Scrum-master or similar with 3+ years demonstrable experience of successful delivery of business change projects.
• A strong personality with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from start to finish.  

Although this role is initially a 12 month fixed term position, there will be lots of opportunities to be part of other projects and extend the term, even with a permanent position possible at the end of the term. The main transformation project is an exciting piece of work in an industry that will (likely) be new to you, so there is great learning potential, and also a great piece of work to add to your CV!
