Location: Remote based - Initial 2 months will require regular travel to Oxford
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000pa

Role Summary
Fantastic opportunity for an Application Consultant to join my client's newly formed team, working on a number of greenfield projects that centre around the implementation of a new Workflow Management Solution.
The role is new to the business so the successful candidate will get the opportunity to develop the position according to the business needs.
This is an ideal position for an ambitious and open-minded Application/Solution Consultant who would like to work with new software solutions and, ideally, has worked with Workflow solutions previously. You will be helping the business to seed a new platform and a new way of working and have responsibility for maintaining their intelligent Business Automation Solution, combining the power of case and process management in a single platform
You will work with a team and stakeholders, studying business requirements, designing workflows and preparing POC’s
Main responsibilities for the Application Consultant include:- Translate business process models and documented business requirements, to enable the implementation of a workflow management capability
- Provide Workflow management Design, development, governance, and oversight
- Develop new processes and workflows and support the integration of the WMS capability into our technology stack.
- Work as the primary contact for the WMS capability
- Make suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations and deliver designs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them
- Experience with BPMS, WMS or RPA tools and implementations
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the SDLC
- Basic coding knowledge (any programming language)
- Experience of requirements engineering and process modelling, ideally in BPM frameworks, products or standards like CMMN, BPMN, DMN
- Experience translating written and spoken narrative into structured workflows
- Experience at configuring and installing software
- Agile environment experience
The 1st 3 months of this role will require weekly visits to the office in Oxford, whilst you run a pilot on the software before beginning to implement the solution across the business. After the pilot, you will be working remotely on a full-time basis.
