Role:           Head of Product Processes Operations

Location:    Remote Based

Salary:        £65,000 - £75,000pa + benefits

A brand new opportunity has been created by a leading software organisation to  lead product processes as part of the growth in their product development area. With a fast growing product roadmap, the head of product process will make sure the structure and processes across the product department are fit for purpose and ensuring that the product team are working in the most productive way in order to elevate the product offerings. 

The candidate will be a product expert, and have particular strengths in developing product processes, being able to see where changes/improvements are required.  You will work closely with other department heads, including development and operations to ensure that the processes designed and implemented support the needs of the different business areas, acros technical teams and the wider business.

The head of product process will also have line management responsibilities, leading a team of analysts and architects.
 

Key skills required:
  • A strong Product Management background
  • Experience in implementing and owning product operations, mapping and implementing product processes across businesses.
  • Prior experience working for a software business,
  • Clear experience of working cross-functionally, building relationships and influencing across all the organisation and at all levels.
  • A good understanding of the software development and management cycle
  • A good understanding of the SaaS
With this role being a brand new position, the individual will get to shape the position and make key decisions that will have an impact on the products, and ultimately the businesses continued growth. You will report directly into the Director of Product, as well as report on changes at C-Level.
