Job Title: .Net Software Developer
Location: Brighouse
Salary: £30,000-35,000
Purpose of the job: To develop and maintain our clients in-house software estate, including but not limited to their Portal, Customer Interface, API and associated online tools.
Main duties/ tasks:
Work to specifications provided from the Head of Technology and UX/UI team to provide new features or act upon change requests from stakeholders within the business.
Additional tasks:
Support of the clients in-house software estate. Investigation and resolution of issues raised through the Portal Support function.
Experience required:- The candidate must have a minimum of one year’s development experience in industry.
- Experience with ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core
- Experience in C#
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in Git
- Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with the Bootstrap framework
- Experience with the jQuery framework (preferred, not essential)
- Experience with PostGres or SSMS (preferred, not essential)
- Experience with IIS (preferred, not essential)
- Experience with BitBucket, Confluence and JIRA (preferred, not essential)
- Experience using Agile development methodologies (preferred, not essential)
