Location: South West UK - Office near Bath - This role will include regular travel to customer sites within the South West of the UK
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000pa + Company Car and Bonus

Role Summary:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you are responsible for the delivery of technical infrastructure projects, in a hands-on capacity when required, delivering requirements to customers who have requested IT services from the business. Using your extensive experience, you will also provide mentorship to more junior engineers within the business. You will be an integral member of our most senior engineering personnel, delivering service excellence and growth to all around you. Essential Experience & Skills:- 5+ years IT and customer service experience
- Experience in project focused roles
- MSP experience highly desirable
- Full UK driving license
- Windows server troubleshooting experience
- Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience, including PowerShell skills
- Networking diagnosis, including; ADSL, ISDN, VOIP, SIP, VLAN, Routing, NAT, CIDR, 802.11ac, PoE
- Virtualisation platforms experience; VMware, Hyper-V
- Microsoft Exchange on-premise experience
- Server hardware troubleshooting experience; Dell, HP
- Backup and DR experience
