Role:        Senior Product Manager

Location:  Surrey (2 days a week in the office)

Salary:     £65,000 - £80,000pa + Benefits

 

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join a market-leading SaaS organisation to help the business in the design and delivery of new functionality in the companies flagship products! The business uses state of the art technology in order to deliver high performing solutions that continue to evolve and delivery beyond the customers expectations.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Product, bringing a creative edge to the business, bringing new ideas and solutions for continued product development. The business uses a modern approach to their product development, including structured architecture design and Agile development. 

The areas of responsibility for the Senior Product Manager will cover:

  • Strategy - Play a significant role in the development of the product strategy alongside the Head of Product
  • Product Lifecycle - Contribute to the product roadmap, manage and maintain, along with the release process
  • Customer Interaction - Work with customers to gather ideas, understand requirements and ensure the product development process works
  • Development - Work with stakeholders to write user stories, design features and work with the development team to produce solutions
You will have the following experience:

  • Strong product management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with HCM/HR/Employee Rewards solutions
  • Creative mindset, able to look at products and bring new ideas/solutions to enhance the companies product offerings
  • Experience of the product development lifecycle - from understanding customer requirements, to the design & development of the solutions and end delivery
  • Understanding of the competition and market offerings in the companies industry
  • Experience of UX and UI
The Senior Product Manager needs to be passionate about SaaS products, be creative and bring a high level of energy to the team. Industry knowledge is essential for the role, so candidates must have had experience with HCM, HR and/or Employee Benefits solutions, ideally within a modern tech company. My client offers a hybrid working environment, so you will be required to attend the head office on a weekly basis.
