As a resourcer, it is pivotal that Charlie builds strong relationships with candidates to allow him to deliver outstanding candidates to our new and existing clients.
Charlie is a real people person so he enjoys chatting away to help candidates get their dream job.
Favourite thing about recruitment: Changing peoples lives by helping them secure their dream role ‘because people matter’
Least favourite thing about recruitment: When candidates don’t turn up to interviews and don’t let me know!
Outside of work: Playing off a handicap of 5, you’ll usually find Charlie on the golf course hitting some balls working on his swing. He also enjoys going to the gym with his friends to improve his physique and golf swing!
